Stonegate Terrace
The Stonegate Terrace Community was developed and built by Stonegate Homes, LLC, Steve Caldwell (builder/owner), beginning in 1998. The gated Community consists of 36 Mediterranean style homes with soaring ceilings, cozy custom interiors, dramatic stucco and stone exteriors as well as elegant tile roofing.
Residents enjoy many social activities within the community includign a book club, golf outings, monthly ladies' luncheon, Labor Day Picnic !and a festive Christmas party. During the Summer months, a roving Flamingo makes its way to various resident's yards indicating that a neighborhood get together is being hosted. Everyone brings their favorite appetizer and bevarage to the gathering where everyone enjoys a few hours of social interaction.
